” Dawn is a shimmering sheet of gold with a stamped eucalyptus banner across the horizon. The cool morning hears the drops of dew splat on the tarp as coastal high cloud & western blue sky magically appears above.“
Bulga tree-sit Diary Day 40.
Dawn is a shimmering sheet of gold with a stamped eucalptus banner across the horizon. The cool morning hears the drops of dew splat on the tarp as coastal high cloud & western blue sky magically appears above. Are we really a very smart species? Are we leaving to chance, like a coin in a poker machine the chance of a jackpot prize, the chance to enjoy this Earth, the lucky coincidence of hundreds of thousands of years of stable weather & our surge in population?
Is it like looking after your own health, you only get one set of eyes so you are careful not to poke them out, one spine so you bend your knees & keep it as straight as possible when lifting heavy loads, you listen to the doctor & obey her instructions to strive for longevity.
This vigil tree sit is a cry in the wilderness.
