“For tree sitting when the fresh food runs out it’s trail mix, baked beans and crispbreads.”
Bulga tree-sit Diary day Sit Diary.
A speckled white throated tree creeper lands halfway up the trunk & begins the long journey upwards. Unusual to see her from this viewpoint & she doesn’t notice me in her hunt for food. Gets right opposite before twigging.
My world is limited to chosen books so my thoughts flitter and I end up doing a Product Review – Nature Valley, Crunchy Oat Bars. Life is full of compromises. For tree sitting when the fresh food runs out it’s trail mix, baked beans and crispbreads. Purchased these (NVOBs) for no palm oil, hard to get this type of product without it. 3 flavours/pack. Maple Syrup is like a good Anzac biscuit, Dark Chocolate like cocopops on a good day & Honey is nice too. Overall delicious! Unfortunately didn’t notice made in SPAIN with msyrup from CANADA, so these things have a massive carbon footprint & are overpackaged. For tree sitters in Spain highly recommended (wonder how their forests are going?)
